十、联结金具LINK FITTING（HARDWARE）
联结金具主要用于将悬式绝缘子组装成串，并将一串或数串绝缘子串连接、悬挂在杆塔横担上。悬垂线夹和耐张线夹与绝缘子串的连接，拉线金具与杆塔的连接，也都使用联结金具。根据使用条件，分为两大类：专用联结金具，是直接用来连接绝缘子的，因此，连接部位的结构和尺寸与绝缘子相同；通用联结金具，适用于各种情况的连接，并以荷重划分等线，荷重相同的金具具有互换性。
联结金具技术标准执行有关的国家标准和行业标准。
Join hardware is mainly applicable for assembling the suspension inspension insulator to string,and it is also used in connecting one or several strings insulator and then suspending on the pole arm of perch.The join hardware is also used in the connection between suspension clamp and dead end clamp,the connection between stay wire and perch.According to the conditions of using,it can be divided into two major kinds:one is the special join hardware,which is directly used in connecting the insulator,so,the structure and dimension of connection part should be the same to the insulator;the other is the universal join hardware,which is applicable for connection under all kinds of conditions,and its level is divided according to its load,the hardwares are interchangeability if they are the same load.
The technical standard of join hardware is comply with the national standard and professional standard concerned.
